The Hobart CL64ENVY-1 CLeN Hatchable Installation Left To Right Conveyor Commercial Dishwasher 2 Tank High Temp 480 Volts is designed to clean tough, heavy, baked-on food soil and features a patented rinse spray pattern that sanitizes with less rinse water. The unit is easy to clean and features intelligent delime notification, as well as anti-clog wash arms.
The CLeN hatchable installation model features 1 wash tank and 1 rinse tank. It will wash up to 342 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well.
This machine operates at 0.39 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher has insulated hinged doors, stainless steel enclosure panels, hatchable bolt-down feet, and controls with low temp and dirty water indicators.
The control box, legs and chamber are meant to be delivered through a 26″ x 54″ x 4″ door opening, such as on military ships. This conveyor dishwasher is ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
